Pageant Requirements
Must be between the ages of 18-27
Must be a Registered Voter
Must be a United States Citizen and establish proof of citizenship
Must speak, write, and read the English Language fluently
Must be naturally born female
Must demonstrate expertise in the handeling and safety of firearms
Must meet the character criteria set forth by the Miss Liberty USA organization
Must have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of a 4.0
Must submit to a background and credit check
Must submit to a drug test
Must never have been convicted of a felony
Must be physically fit and have sound mental health to meet the job requirements
Must sing, dance or play an instrument
Must be CPR certified
Rules and Regulations
Must NEVER have posed nude in any photo or photos or any recorded medium.
Be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities as set for by the MISS LIBERTY USA organization
Must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled.
Must never have given birth to a child, can not be pregnant or be a parent.
Must agree, that if selected to represent MISS LIBERTY USA, you will abide by all the rules and regulations governing the MISS LIBERTY USA pageant.
No contestant or any member of their immediate family can be employed by the MISS LIBERTY USA Organization or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies or sponsors.
Must agree that if they win the title of MISS LIBERTY USA they will not participate in any other pageants during the time they hold the title, unless authorized in writing by the MISS LIBERTY USA organization.
Must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against the MISS LIBERTY USA organization, affiliates, or related companies and their prospective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
Must understand and agree that all issues to eligibility shall be determined by the MISS LIBERTY USA organization and they must agree to abide by that determination both as to themselves and other applicants.
